My passion has taken me around the world, working with amazing people and businesses  from a diverse range of industries. The most gratifying role is working behind the scenes beside the team, helping establish processes and cultural messaging - then watch the staff thrive as the business grows!

Throughout my nearly 30 year career in senior management roles, I aimed to create internal business alignment. This means educating & leading the business and their people to support and work beside each other to achieve what they thought was unachievable

In 2007, after 20 years in the corporate world, I went solo and set up The JT Group, which is now JTG Global. I love what I do. I am committed and dedicated to the companies and people I work with - I want them to achieve and be successful. Why else would you go into business? 

I started my career with Coles Myer Group Australia, a retail giant with over 63 stores and $3.2 billion in revenue.  I owe them for where I am today. The time, money and resources they invested in my training was invaluable, I embraced every opportunity and the skills I gained set me up for life! My key focuses are management and leadership, customer experience, internal processes & human communication, marketing, budgeting and operations. 

I have been a national facilitator, keynote speaker, MC, panellist and judge for global and national organisations & companies over the last 25 years - each experience gives me more collateral to share with my clients and the skills to execute in their business.  

Before establishing the JT Group, I held senior management roles in the retail, tourism, events, and marketing industries, with companies including Macquarie Leisure TrustThe Drysdale Institute and Staging Connections.

I believe it’s our duty to give back, that every senior executive has a story and their knowledge should be shared to support others who are rising up in the industry. So I mentor entrepreneurs and share my time on boards of not-for-profit organisations to help them achieve their fundraising and marketing goals. 

My current roles as Director on the board for Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision and Officer on Board of Governors for the International Live Events Association based in Chicago gives me enormous pleasure through giving back to others and helping them to achieve success.
